At Shadow, we are looking for a creative, detail oriented, and story-driven Ideator, Scenario Writer who can transform ideas into executable narratives for video and advertising productions.
This role sits at the core of our Production & Directing team and works closely with the Director and Creative team to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Ideation for video and advertising projects

• Writing scripts, treatments, storylines, and narrative structures

• Translating strategic briefs into creative, production-ready stories

• Collaborating closely with the Director to align concept and execution

• Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

• Adapting ideas to brand identity, target audience, and distribution channels

• Revising and optimizing scripts based on internal and client feedback

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative ideation and storytelling skills

• Ability to write scripts for:

  • Advertising videos

  • Digital and social content

• Solid understanding of production and directing processes

• Ability to visualize concepts and translate ideas into scenes

• Familiarity with visual language, rhythm, emotion, and narrative structure

Nice to Have

• Previous experience at an advertising agency or production studio

• A portfolio including scripts or executed projects

• Knowledge of branding and advertising campaigns

• Experience working with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams
